This board is more depressing now than the 19 win season. I rarely check in here compared to previous seasons because it's just a bunch of the same **** being said by the same posters over and over and over and over. Win or loss.

He was a team high +4 though!

The Suns need to play with a chip on their shoulder. It seems like the Suns are always the prey & never the hunter.

We are not proven, we don't even have a cushion.

We know that. I'm not sure the players feel it.

On the Curry shot.

Beal has to know better than to gamble for the steal there, at least get in front and get a hand up. He still might make it but you just can't overcommit and give that clean of a look.

But to me even worse is why didn't Vogel put in defensive guys for that possession? You know they are going to Steph so I'd have Okogie on him and Oneale in there too.

Hopefully Oneale takes his spot soon because I just can't handle anymore Gordon crunch time lineup. I know he's hit some shots but the negatives outweigh the positives.

That's the expectations game. If we had no expectations, we wouldn't be disappointed. I'm talking myself into the viewpoint that what will make all this watchable is appreciating the players' individual talents.

As far as being a suffering Suns fan, I wanted relief. Haven't gotten it this year, or last or...

I said at the time, up 2-0 in the Finals is likely the closest we're gonna come if we don't finish. Of course, the rest is history.

As an aside, the 19-win team still had a future. This group has next year, maybe. I'm concerned about the Olympics, bc if Book comes into next season tired or under strain, that's it.

Not fun whatsoever for me. I was planning to go clubbing now I might just hit a gay bar, cause I’m feeling depressed. Curry just had to make that three, huh?

Grab, say, 3 more rebounds, and this is a comfortable win. Turn the ball over 3 fewer times, same deal. Make one more open shot, etc. etc.

But there's not much focus or execution, so those plays aren't made, so the team only plays well for a half or so out of the whole game.

Two or three more rebounds feels like the epitaph for the franchise. Been watching for 30 **** years. Feels like if we "just got 2 or 3 more rebounds" on so many damn occasions, we'd be up there with the Celtics and terrorist Lakers as the most decorated franchises in the sports history.

I had no idea you were a Yotes fan thought you were joking around. I used to watch 2/3rd of games on FS but now the games aren’t being shown. What am I supposed to do?

This, in a nutshell, is the difference between us and the players. As weird as it sounds, they don't care the same way, and they can't, I guess. Those guys haven't been through 30 or 40 or more years of this. We have.

That's why seasons like this are so incredibly disappointing. There's not much of a future, and when "win now" becomes "these things take time," becomes "wait 'til next year" there's just not much reason to tune in.

We don’t Fkin hire the right personnel to win championships like the Celtics, Lakers, Heat do. That’s why we will always struggle to lift the Larry o Brien trophy. We need some enforcers who will do the dirty work like Giannis, Lopez, Portis did back in 21 finals. Our players are too fragile must be handled with care can’t upset their little feelings. I’m upset we dismantled our entire team for bunch of superstars yet we aren’t even top 5 in offense what a complete joke.

Yup. They play 10 years, 15 years. Maybe it's all their career in Phoenix. Likely it's never even close.

But for us, it doesn't matter the roster. We've gone through a lot. A LOT.

Yotes will always be a perpetual .500 franchise every year while the NHL seem sto be obsessed with other small market teams like LV, whatever, LV has never had a **** season in their young existance.

I don't think we need to hire ****, but if you're gonna make the team top heavy they better play to that level of expectation. I get it's a work in progress, but again, if you're dismantling a team to go top heavy it should be from Day 1.
