WHY?
Chicago Bulls: Get rid of Tyrus Thomas and Joakim Noah which both aren't to popular in that clubhouse. In return get a big man in return that they are aiming for, for awhile in Pau Gasol. Juan Carlos Navarro and Ronnie Brewer are in there to replace Ben Gordon and his production. A filler is Jason Hart to fill in for Chris Duhon.
Memphis Grizzlies: Obviously what they have isn't working for them so to pair Rudy Gay and Ben Gordon together would be great for them. To make up at least a little of Pau Gasol's production you have Mehmet Okur and Tyrus Thomas. Fillers are Marcus Banks can and maybe contribute as much as or more then Damon Stoudamire was, maybe even back up Ben Gordon a little, and Matt Harpring can provide good minutes behind Ben Gordon instead of what they have in Casey Jacobsen.
Phoenix Suns: Really get rid of one guy they aren't really using at all in Marcus Banks and get a guy that they've talked about going after in Damon Stoudamire. I see a very deep bench for them now with this trade (Stoudamire, Barbosa, Hill, Diaw, and Skinner). Also get guys that just really fit in their system for what they are trying to do and lose a piece maybe hard for them to lose in Amare Stoudamire, but make up for in with Andrei Kirilenko and Joakim Noah.
Utah Jazz: EXPERIENCE is what the Utah Jazz NEED, and thats really what they get. Andres Nocioni and Mike Miller have experience not saying they are the greatest at their positions but they get the job done and could really see them fitting in well in the Jazz system. Along with Amare Stoudamire with Jerry Sloan's coaching could be a stellar inside defender and together with Carlos Boozer could get almost any rebound. Not a bad second unit either with Chris Duhon, Kyle Korver, and Paul Millsap to headline that second unit.

And if you think we would trade amare for AK and start a rookie center you need to stop smelling your own farts.

Judging by your one sentence masterpiece here and your trade proposal completely lacking rationality and foresight, I am going to go out on a limb and predict you are between 11-15 years old.
Get back to me on my prediction if you can.
Amare is worth 2 AKs and 2 Noahs
