Wouldn't ESPN or Yahoo Sports have gotten word of news this big by now?

I have a bad feeling this rumor is false.

Porter doesn't deserve to keep his job based on his performance so far.

Not necessarily, we have it from a very good source, and that's all that needs to be said, you can believe it not, but in the end you will see.......

How long, after we heard it here, did it take for the Shaq trade take to get broken? About a week?

Perhaps they are waiting on the new coach to accept the position before they officially sack TP....

or Kerr-laid, saddled with that additional responsibility, has locked himself in his bedroom and they are trying to talk him out.

I think Kerr will be named th HC, but he will rely on Gentry to really coach the team as the lead assistant.......thoughts ???

That sounds like it's a real possibility... unfortunately.

In all honesty Kerr was a very smart player and might make a good coach, reminds me alot of danny ainge, but to me his vision does not work for our team right now in my opinion.

What big news has -SDU- revealed in the past to make us believe that this rumor is true?

I hope it's true, but dbdynsty has yet to confirm this and he's the one who revealed the Shaq and J-Rich trades.

If he allows Gentry to run the team, or at least listens to him, I strongly believe we will go back to the up tempo style that suits us better, but still have the ability to play at a slower pace with shaq, which is what we were doing at the end of last year and we were winning...

Perhaps SDU was actually on a covert mission in PHNX, secret-agently bugging the Suns Offices in order to get the jump on even Glambo and Rash

SDU,

Do you think Porter will be gone before the first game after the All-Star break? Or might there be a delay with the negotiations for a buy-out and they keep him longer?

I want him gone RIGHT NOW!!!!

It has everything to do with the All-Star Game. I think the same is said for any trade. Monday/Tuesday will be a big day. There is no doubt in my mind that Porter has been fired.
