Getting a little ahead of ourselves here with this one ...

I honestly don't think the Suns have much of a chance to win this one. They should concentrate on winning tonight's game against the Hornets, which is perfectly plausible. Lakers will have been sitting on an unbelievably unfair three days' rest while the Suns will be on the second night of a back to back, on the road. The only reason the Suns have hope is because Bynum and Gasol might still be out of action, which will definitely help level off the playing field in the paint.

There's definitely something fishy about the way the schedule worked for this Suns/Lakers game.

Hopefully Khloe Kardashian's fat ass breaks Odom's arm or something so he is out of Thursday's game.

That would give us a better shot at winning no?

I don't think we have a chance here guys. We suck on back to backs, we have no interior D to speak of...this is just not a good game for us. Of course, what we have to remember is that we have nothing to lose and everything to gain in this game. If we lose, then so what, we lost to the champs on a back to back. If THEY lose....that's embarrassing for them. You know what's ticking me off about one Lakers fans though? Whenever we mention that we suck on back to backs, they go "IT'S A 45 MINUTE FLIGHT!" as if the FLIGHT is the problem, not the fact that they're playing two games in two days

Still, we know how dangerous the Lakers are, and I hope that we put up a good fight. That's all you can ask for, really.

"We've got much bigger fish to fry than the Lakers," Gentry said. "We're trying to get back in the playoffs. They're trying to win a championship. We're trying to establish who we were."

I think the Suns could win this one. Depends on if their offense clicks or not, when it clicks their unbeatable. Frye will probably have alot of open 3's hopefully he can knock them down.

We expected to lose in the last game against the LAL last season when we didn't have Nash, but we still beat them, so anything can happen. It's the NBA.

Yeah I gotta say I'm with the others. If I get blamed for us losing because I go to games, you're going to get blamed if we lose this next one tossmyprotoss....

Oh, and welcome to the boards :)

Suns-137
Lakers-86

Kobe goes for 82, and assists on two more baskets to Andrew Bynum.
Steve torches fisher for 17 and 12.
Amare tickles Andew Bynum on several plays while Andrew has the ball, forcing a turnover. Amare is touted as the next Hakeem for his defensive improvements.
Leandro smiles alot.
