Put all your money on Glover by stoppage and hedge with jiri first round ko. It’s happening.

It's a little stressful to watch, as Glover is the single nicest guy in MMA and such a feel-good story. And Jiri's KOs are so damn violent. Plus, Glover's techniques are just so rote and predictable. He's really just going to bob & weave, trying to work himself inside? He's so likely to get absolutely murked.
Hi love, bye love, I will miss my love.

Jiri is very wild. He’s gonna be open to being taken down and once he is he’s never getting back up.

I do think he can ko Glover early but hope it goes the other way.

One thing is for certain, this fight ain’t foi f the distance. No way in hell.

Welp, Glover was 30 seconds from victory.

Jiri was as easy to get down as I anticipated but somehow survived. Glover pulling guard in the 5th and going for a guilotine was Cyril leg lock-esk..

Sigh. Crazy fight. Honestly they need to run it back.

And Valentina absolutely won that fight. Scorecards we’re wild but she won 1,4 and 5 pretty clearly to me. Round 1 was only debatable round imo but santos did 0 damage.

Valentina didn’t do any damage either in round one, only clear rounds for her were 4/5, whoever scored it 49-46 shouldn’t be judging. If not for the headbutt I think Santos would have gotten the win.

Looks like media scorecards were ~70% for Shevchenko.

She did do damage though and she won 3.5 minutes of the round. After that santos got her in a dangerous spot and threatened a sub. I have no issue with round 1 to either girl but I had it for Val.

2 was somewhat clear for santos and 3-5 were no debate santos, Val, Val.

I disagree with how the judges score it, But what they are looking for, It's fair

Santos did get back control, but zero sub attempts, In any other fight having someones back and threatening for a majority of the round means you win, But the Judges dont really count that.

I thought it was tough but it kinda saves the sport from just **** where a guy gets one take down, Cuffs a guy and sits on him for 4m with "control" and not trying to advance or threaten subs

Santos is legit, Her defense on the feet is great and her takedowns bothered Shevchenko, I hope for a re-match but I think Shevchenko is too smart to let it go that way again and will adjust.
