I dislike TJ but that was hard to watch.

Ehhh maybe? I don't think you can confidently say that about someone who went to war with Petr Yan.

Sean's defensive grappling is pretty good and he'd light Aljo up on the feet.

Yan took Sean down 6 times and controlled him and Aljo is 10x the wrestler Yan is

For reference, Sean outstruck Yan like 40-15 in the last round

Just hope it's exciting & goes 3 or 4 rounds at least.

Charles never seen a 4th. Seems unlikely

Yan is also a substantially more dangerous striker than Aljo and Sean outstruck him and had him hurt multiple times. I'm sorry but a guy who can go toe to toe with Petr Yan can beat anyone in the division. Aljo could totally get the takedown and backpack him but it's not a foregone conclusion.

Charles had an incredible run but at the end of the day he was a guy with a ton of losses on his record who had almost been finished in every single title fight. That's not a sustainable way to fight. With that said I thought it would be a lot more competitive against Islam.

Makhachev is just way more defensively sound. Love Charles and I'm so happy he turned his career around and made it to the top, but his style was always on the border of being too high risk and it cost him here.

Volk is an absolute monster and worthy P4P #1, and I do think he's a better fighter than Islam overall. But I think Islam's just a bit too big/strong for him.

Khamzat got into something with Khabibs crew from the sounds of it.

I mean Yan completely ragdolled Aljo their first fight, stuffed every single takedown and hip tossed and judo tripped Aljo literally 7 times in return. Yan just **** up in the 2nd fight and gave his back to Aljo who is amazing at holding that position.

That said Aljo is a bad matchup for Sean O'Malley just based on strength. Sean would get laid on and held down for sure.

Are these legit judges? I don't tend to conspiracy. But didn't recognize some judge names...and then the OMalley over Yah decision, which is ideal for the UFC.

Watching this backwards. At the Gamrot vs Dariush fight. Is Dariush gonna thank his lord and savior JC and offer some Crusader talk during the post-fight interview?

Well, alright.

He decided to compare/contrast the liberation of women in Iran to the *true* liberation of discovering the Risen God. That's cringe. But at least he was brave enough to cite Jesus Christ in front of that crowd.

You do realise Muslims love, respect and believe in Jesus right? They just don't believe he was God

Muslims believe Christ is the Risen God? That "true freedom" can only come through him?

Obviously not, but I don't recall him saying the first part, (I believe he said "the son of God", which Muslims disagree with but doesn't require bravery to say as no one is going to do anything but disagree and debate you), only the 2nd part and in all honesty the majority of the crowd not only wouldn't have picked up on it, but additionally the worst that would happen is he might get some boos. I'm in the UAE it's not what I assume you are imagining it to be.

My reply was in response to the idea that he was "brave" to mention Jesus and to point out that Muslims aren't anti-Jesus because a lot of people (not saying you, as I don't know what you believe) think Muslims dislike Jesus which couldn't be further from the truth
