The Warriors match up very very well with Portland. GS can occasionally drift into playing smaller than they really are, but Portland should not expect that.

Portland needs to be prepared to run a lot and will have to make a concerted effort to out rebound GS. Rarely is GS not able to find the hot hand, but if for some reason they come in cold you cannot afford to give them a chance to warm up.

Roy being a question mark makes this game difficult to predict. All I know is both teams are fun to watch and it should be a great game.

I agree about the rebounding part, but I think a key for us is to slow it down. Emphasize getting the ball to LMA in the post. I read in today's Oregonian that Nate and Lucas have been imploring LMA to get and maintain his position in the low post. He is going to be going up against Biedrins, Harrington and even Jackson at times tonight so this game represents a good opportunity for LMA to work on becoming more of a low post threat.

Good luck Blazers fans because you will need it and so will we. This should be a fun game featuring two red hot teams. You guys are very tough but our offense is unstoppable. This should be a shootout. May the better team win hoping it is the Dubz.

Definitely agree. My comment about running really pertained more to the Blazers need to be ready to run on defense. The W's will run down Portland's throat.

If Aldridge can get back into what he was doing last year when he'd hit the blocks and dominate it would be huge for the Blazers--not just for today but for the rest of the year. Aldridge has all the tools, he just has to get his butt down there.

If the players on both teams "come to play"
then I think it will come down to the coaches
and who will make who change their lineups
to match the other team. You always want to
dictate the game, I think thats going to be big.

This is probably the last game I'm going to this year :(

I'm predicting Portland wins 101 - 89. Roy only plays about 25 minutes, LMA plays huge.
Thank you for all the memories BRoy. You were a class act and brought hope to an entire region for 5 years. You will be missed.

You may be getting ahead of yourself there. Golden State is a tough team when they're hot and home or not, it'll be a tough game. I'm not going to predict the outcome but it's a pretty even matchup and either team could come away with the win tommorow.

agreed! Roy plays, game ova!

love bdiddy though, WHAT UP BDIDDY!

But for how long?....

Hopefully he's feeling good enough to play his normal amount of minutes.

Blazers got to be careful.

The Warriors can heat up at any moment.
