Would somebody please tell Rice not to declare a win with seven minutes left in the game? Golden State is a dangerous team.

Very impressive win. I still hope Brandon Roy isn't hurt seriously...anything knee-related scares me, even if he did play again in the game. We're now officially atop the NW division...I mean we were before, but it doesn't concern the tiebreaker anymore. Yay! :)

GG Warriors. Another Blazer (Blake) stepping up tonight. LaMarcus and Marty with another solid night.

P.S. - Matt Barnes has some of the ugliest tattoos I've seen on a nba player.

I almost died when Roy fell down. Then when he came out the 2nd half I looked like Joker. That's about all there is to say about this game.

Good to see Portland get an early lead and keep it throughout the game.

I just hope Roy and Blake are ok.

Hey guys, I was out playing soccer tonight and caught the last few minutes of the game on KXL. Impressive win, but I got some questions,

1. Is Roy doing OK? I read that he hurt is knee was done for the night or did he come back? What's the prognosis?
2. Ditto for Blake. I heard he had a scary moment as well. Is he doing OK?
3. I saw that Baron and SJAX each played only 16 minutes. Did GS suck that much? Why did their 2 best players get so little time?

Thanks for any update.

Not nearly as bad as the fake Chinese characters that Marcus Camby has. I think its hilarious when non-Chinese or Japanese speakers get character tattoos from people who don't even know what they're putting on the skin in indelible ink. Cracks me up.

I was just watching NBA Gamenight on NBA TV, and Peter Vescey was almost apoplectic at the idea of how dominant Portland might be next year. You could almost see him thinking "my wife is going to kill me because I'll be up until 1pm 60 nights next winter and for the next 15 winters. I should just get a divorce now."

Either that, or he is trying to figure out how to create a trade rumor with Oden going to the Knicks for the team bus. But most likely he just ate a bad hot dog.

Looks like the young kids are learning.
This long road trip coming up will really
show how far theyve come. If the guys
can win close to half & be close in the
losses then I say thats not to bad at all!!

yeah with 9 games over .500 I would be more then happy if they only go 4-3 or 3-4 .. but I have a feeling they will prove something on this road trip and will prove a lot of the doubters wrong. :D

1. Roy is ok, just going to be sore. They will probably do an MRI tomorrow just to make sure.

2. Blake will also be sore...how much he bruises will determine when he plays next. Both should be ok for the road trip.

3. They just played that poorly. The Blazers dominated the Warriors starters and Blake (even though he left early) outscored the entire Warriors starting 5.

Who starts? Jack or Sergio? It was Portland's 11th sellout of the season. Portland is 11-0 in those games.

I really hope Sergio starts and receives Blakes regular minutes and Jack just continues his role coming off the bench as the 2 guard.
Martell/Jones can then pick up the extra back up minutes Sergio would normally have gotten.
Martell looked fairly well when Nate finally brung him in as the 2 guard this game.

Was at the game and man you could of heard a pin drop when Roy went down.

Here's to atleast 4-3 on the road trip.
I'm actually perdicting 5-2!
