Broadcast just said Brogdon is resting. Which makes me wonder if 'exploring trades'.

Man... I'm pretty much over Henderson ... He hasn't earned any of the time or focus he's getting. He's a plain awful offensive player right now. I keep hoping he'll turn the corner... But I might just need to step away from the team for the rest of the year.

This whole team suffers from an extreme lack of offensive talent.

This road trip has been pretty brutal. Nobody seems to be playing well, though those Toumani blocks were nice! 27.8% FG shooting, 21.7% from 3, 9 assists to 7 turnovers, etc.

I know it's very unlikely to happen, but I'd like a coaching change.

That is interesting! It seems inevitable that Brogdon will be dealt, so why not now?

I have been willing to give Billups a chance to show improvement but in all honesty I am not seeing it. Too often there seeems to be no plan on offense and looks almost rec league. My only question at this point is does management fire him in season or at seasons end? A few more games like this one and he might be gone.

The effort by some of the players on this team tonight has been awful.

The margin is greater than Portland's score. :o Only twice in history has a game ended that way, with Portland being the victim of one of those losses, 124-59, in 1998. Could tonight be another example?

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he wants out as well and is just going through the motions. He can say whatever he wants in pressers... and he's not a good coach, so I'm not absolving him... but this roster is just an incoherent mess. Literally 9/10ths of the players have basically no offensive game. It's brutal to watch a whole team full of players who basically can't shoot... can't dribble... can't finish at the rim... and don't pass well.

If it is does Billups survive the road trip as Blazers head coach?

I wonder how much better some of these players would be if the team actually had a decent offensive system instead of a system that i just offensive?

I'm harped on about Cronin a lot in the offseason, but yeah, he can go, too. :)

Until recently that seemed one of the good points about Billups in that the players put out good effort. That seems less and less lately.

Agreed... I was fine with piling up losses when the guys were competing. But it's not happening anymore.
