30 more games to go.

We need to lose all of them to have any chance at a top 4 finish

The only way we get to the top 4 is a lucky bounce I'd guess

Color me concerned about Scoot.

Not his play or development...I think he'll be just fine once he's old enough to drink...

I'm concerned that he hasn't shown an ability to stay healthy for any substantial stretch of his basketball career. Always with the little injuries...the Blazers 100% need a good backup PG if Scoot is the future.

Payton Pritchard (or Brogdon if Ant is traded this summer).

It seems to me that currently the Blazers are sitting players over injuries that normally are played through since this is a tank season.

If banton can ever pull it together his size makes him interesting as a role player. Obviously I'm not expecting much but nice to dream

It's possible he may be sat to be extra careful considering the season, but I do think there is some concern going back to his last g-league season. It's just something to keep an eye on.

It was ambitious of him to take as many 3pt shots at our best (by far) available 3pt shooter (Grant).

The length is compelling, but 5/14 FG highlights the exact feedback of him as a prospect. Some really good attributes (size, athleticism and handle seems solid) but no shooting ability.

Jeremi Grant is low key why I think I 1% could take him one on one. Not enough to put money on it. But 0 rebounds? Just chuck the ball and you have an easy lay up. Some past life experience affecting him.when either of us could just pick up the ball. No hate. Just blown away by the Stat line.

Super bowl Sunday. Too out of it to edit but the intent should be transparent

IMHO, I don't think this really is the case with Scoot. And it certainly doesn't take into account the injury in HS, and SL. The vets, maybe...but the Blazers would be very confused to be playing vets big minutes in order to win games on one hand, but low-key sitting guys to tank on the other.

The cautious approach is not necessarily a means to tank. I'd say the opposite - playing Scoot more at this stage of his career would help the tank...

Every minor injury carries a risk of aggravating it or leading to other injuries . In many cases, the club is ok with that risk, and lets players play through these minor injuries. But for us, the risk isn't worth it.
