We must lose this game. Blowing that lead was crucial. Both San Antonio and Charlotte won today. A pivotol loss is possible!

This is going to be such a pointless win. Like the Memphis wins.

Feels like we will be 5th no matter what

The Hornets have a harder remaining schedule arguably a worse coach and roster if both fully healthy and a 2.5 game lead in the tank race.
We are almost locked in at 5th without question, if we would have traded away Brogdon we probably would have fallen further since a few games ago I saw the stats the Blazers have not won a single game at that point that Brogdon missed. So this win against the Raptors was the first game the Blazers have won this year where Brogdon did not log a single minute.

This might be a draft where picking 4-6 really does not matter

Dunno, Memphis may tank better than the Blazers and nab the 5th pick.

I think we were 0-17 without brogdon but that changed with those Memphis wins and now this game so now it's 3-20
Depends when we traded brogdon, he's been our about a month anyhow, maybe if we flipped him in the off season we'd have 4 less wins, but if the pistons can eek out wins on occasion I have to think 14 wins is still doable

DA legit looked like the big man we need last night. Hopefully something worth sticking.
He can push around 90% of nba centers like olynyk all day if he simply wants to.
Don’t care about ws and ls, but that… something to be hopeful about

Banton showing that promise he was hyped for early in his TOR days. Really like the kid and glad he is cheap again next season so we can get a legit look at him on a bigger timeframe.
Grant, Brogdan and Matisse should be going out this summer hopefully. Banton needs BB and Matisse out to shave the guard rotation and get minutes IMO.
G - Anfernee Simons / Scoot Henderson
G - Shadeon Sharpe / Dalano Banton
Think that should be the primary G rotation heading into 24/25. Focus the FRPs on 2 forwards IMO.

Knowing Portland's luck when we pick ~5 or 6 the top 3 BPA's available will all be guards under 6'6.

I have a feeling we go for a SF or PF unless the best player by a mile is a guard again. In fact there is only two guards in the top 8 players in the mock draft so really odds are we end up with a SF or PF.

I think it's going to end up being 1 of :Sarr,Williams,Matas,Holland with our pick and either Tyler Smith, Salaun or Furphy with the GSW pick. If tankathon is right about the guys available in round 2 I would take the 2 Kentucky disappointments, Justin Edwards and either Bradshaw or Big Z. I could also see us trading both 2nds for a lie 1st to take DaRon Holmes. I'm SUPER HIGH on Holmes like maybe GSW pick high on him... I think Smith could actually start for us next season if we draft him, 6'11" guys with athleticism, shooting nearly 40% from NBA 3pt range are hard to find.
