This might be a season with only one singular memorable moment, the Dame return game.

Otherwise, it's hard not to feel like this season has been nothing but a waste of time. Injuries played a part, but I have a hard time feeling like I've seen any growth or player development this season. I still don't know if Ant can lead a team or be an All Star quality player, Scoot might be a bust without significant offseason improvements to his game, DA has been up and down (would have been great next to Dame...), Rupert and Murray are still what they were at the start of the season... about the only young player to show anything is a guy they got at the deadline for pocket lint from Boston, Cronin is gambling this late-season injury stint won't hurt Brogdon's value that was high at the deadline (which was a dud across the board tbf)... the pick will be high but in what most all consider a trash draft.

I hope Ant asks out tbh to force Cronin's hand again. Then hopefully Billups asks out too, unlikely, but maybe he doesn't enjoy coaching a team getting its teeth kicked in nightly on the court.

It's hard to say what this team will look like if they fired Chauncey and replaced him with a coach
with a clue. Team that has so many young players needs a coach who can develop the talent on hand
for the team could tank for the next five seasons and still be in the same place

It's hard for me to imagine that people actually think this team could have made the playoffs this season and forget this key stat of games missed by key players.

-Simons has missed 24 games
-Grant has missed 15 games
-Ayton has missed 22 games
-Brogdon has missed 30 games
-Sharpe has missed 37 games
-Scoot has missed 19 games

Speaking of Brogdon, the Blazers are 15-24 with him in the lineup and 4-26 without him. He's basically the team's MVP and 99.9% of Blazer fans don't realize it.
