Sochan is a very cerebral player. Looks like he got into Duarte's head.

As an Xer I'v come to terms with it. Depends who is shooting the 3 and who the pass comes from. Like if Cousins had the ball in the paint I'd much rather he shoot.

And if Curry is open, well any time he shoots it is never a bad shot.

The math is .35 3pt is better than .45 2pt (approx 1.05 vs 0.9). On fastbreaks though, it is 0.35 3pt (1.05 expected) vs 0.90-0.95 2pt (1.8 expected). And yes, you're right - these numbers depend on that but it's still a big gap to cover if we are going with the analytics : 1.05 vs 1.8

You can tell Fox wants to crank it up but backs down because of the ankle

BTW, I know it is a game thread but I have a question: seeking a ticket for SAC @ DAL game on Sunday but the lower bowl seats are very expensive right now (starting from $300, all resale). Do you think it is possible that they will be lower just before the game, I mean tomorrow? This would be my first time seeing the Kings (and an NBA game), and I wanna buy a lower bowl ticket.

Even though the challenge failed, using them when one of our better players starts to get in foul trouble and could potentially get us a bucket is the way we need to use them if we do early.

Am I tripping or did Coach Brown bench Barnes after he failed to dive on the floor? Haven't seen him since the start of the game

The Fox stepback three to end a quarter/half is becoming a shot I like now lol. They still scare but it's becoming legit.

I think we are going to see a lot of 3's from Fox until he can stop on a dime with no pain.

Yeah it seems like it.

Honestly, I like the move.

Barnes have been sleep walking for most of the early season. Need to put a fire underneath him.

Not missing the Walton call to Barnes in the block/paint?

Fox's shooting this year has been great

I didn't think Monk did much in the regular season last year, but he seems to be showing up more in key times this year. He had garbage game versus the Lakers when we didn't need him, and now is a good night for him

Huerter seems to cool down.

Hopefully he bounces back in the 2nd half.

Fox been on point nearly all season. Showing composure I never thought possible, so far. Brown has been great for him

Our deflections and steals have been fantastic in the 3d. Great transition defense.

Will be nice to get Lyles back to give Brown another option over small ball Keegan or Barnes at times.

LOL

Monk is just as risky as Buddy was at times.
