Game 67 Thread - Kings (40-26) vs Bucks (48-19)

Giannis is questionable to go but even without him Milwaukee is a tough team to beat. We will have our hands full but would be great to have that beam lit in our pursuit of locking up the 2 seed and two possible series with HCA!

Shooting a lot of threes to start this game which makes sense when you have Giannis and Brook protecting the paint. Dangerous though cause if they stop falling then we can get in trouble. Defense has been solid to start though.

We have zero answers for Giannis. Once he gets deep in the paint, it’s an automatic two points. The Kings need to crowd him when he gets into position.

I'll take a 9 point lead heading into the half all day. Continue to win the turnover game and limit second chance opportunities and we should be able to pull this one out.

Rough third but at least we had a nine point cushion going into it. Down three headed to the fourth, need to find someway to at least slow Giannis down a little bit. Three ball slowed down, we need to find more ways to score.

Its a reminder that keegan is very off sl/preseason trajectory and I wouldnt mind trading him this summer for elevated help if available. not sure if he's projecting to be impactful

This is the best Kings regular season I've ever watched.

He's been impactful this year though? Lol, Keegan is going to be fine. He's a rookie having a rough few games late in the season on a team that's on fire. Not worried about Keegan at all.

Clippers double OT game would like a word but this one has been really good too.

God, I hope there is a Kings/Bucks finals. Different styles but both really good teams.

That was an entertaining game. Sucks it was a L but it's great to go up against a squad like the Bucks and be able to match it with them.
Coach needs to keep Kessler in a little more. Keep Lyles at the 5 and lift Keegan's minutes back up. He's playing too timid at the moment because he's getting yanked in the second halves.

Wished we came away with the W but it was an entertaining game. When the Bucks have their main core playing the way they did tonight, I don't see anyone beating them.

Giannis is unguardable when he plays down hill. The Kings had ZERO answers. Good luck guarding him whoever the Bucks opponents are in the playoffs.

Middleton kind of started off slow but came alive in the second half. The Kings had a very tough time containing him. He was hitting shots and drawing fouls left and right. Tough to stop a guy like that.

Lopez is a very large human being. I always liked him. Dude put in work and became a 3&D center. He extended his NBA career by a ton the moment he became a 3PT shooter. Now, he is playing DPOY-level defense. Great piece for them.

Those 3 dropped 100 points on the Kings tonight. The Kings got very good contributions from Fox, Sabonis and Huerter but the Kings showed their inexperienced in the last couple of minutes of the game and lost control of the game.
