Grant Napear-Kings Are Close to Dealing Mike Bibby to Atl

Grant Napear just broke the News on Sports 1140 and said that a deal envolving a trade with Atl would be done in the next few hours. He did not know who exactly would be envolved but he is someone who would know what is going on. Great start to the 3 day weekend! :clap:

Like I predicted last summer... Bibby is traded by the 08 deadline. Which was likely, anyway.

Bibby for expirings and Sheldon Williams. Great move for Atlanta, and puts you guys in official rebuild mode.

Who is next?? Artest and/or Miller??

It was said that Sheldon Williams would be part of the deal which I like and Im guessing that the rest would be expirings, which would be a combination of either: Josh Childress, Tyronn Lue, Lorenzen Wright, Anthony Johnson, and Salim Stoudamire.

Until something legitimate develops, I just don't see much there for Artest, that says it's an above-average possiiblity he'll be dealt.

Troy Hanson from Kings Public relations said it was Bibby for Lorenzen Wright, Anthony Johnson, Tyronn Lue, and Sheldon Williams.
