Peja's son, I've been watching this kid for ages. Thought I'd introduce him to you guys. Discuss.

Peja would be a god in today's game.

He plays high school ball in Sac and he's a baller. I'd like to see him at UCLA.

I would've too, but it wasn't meant to be.

Loved watching him play with Compton Magic

Peja was my binkie back in the day. It's a real treat to see his son play. Andrej looks like a legit 6'6" which is of course 2-3 inches shorter than his Dad but he is more advanced for his age. Plays just like him really. It's uncanny. I'm surprised there isn't more buzz about him. I'm sure there will be by the time it's obvious to everyone he's one and done and should be pushing to be a lottery pick. He's in the Klay, Nesmith, Hawkins type mold.

Here's some early highlights

Definitely should not be one and done. He's a good shooter but needs to work on pretty much everything else. Also should probably transfer from Stanford. They are a dumpster fire and will hurt his development.

So many programs are inexplicably giving their top NBA talents low usage for games at a time despite clearly being the most talented kids on the roster. It's rampant and happening at all of these schools. It has never been like this ever. It's a new phenomena. There's no rhyme or reason to it. It's why I don't put too much emphasis on statistics. It's nice when you get those but it's not the end all be all. He's a great shooter, with ideal size and high IQ. For what he'll be asked to do in the NBA he has it in spades and would be a first rounder in any draft not even factoring his pedigree into it.

;t=14s

there's very little separating him from Furphy tbh. Maybe his usage and production will finally match his prospect status and he can gain some OAD momentum. Looks like he's grown an inch or more since the summer too.

I like him.

But Furphy has far out-performed him in a significant way against much better competition. Furphy seems like the much better athlete.

Stojakovic's only edge is that he's done a bit more self-creation (albeit with limited success).

Hope he stays at least through his sophomore year. Could be an easy first rounder in 2025 with continued development. Second round right now. Being on Stanford hasn't helped either, they stink.

Edit: Just looked up and I said the same thing a couple months ago. Oops haha.
