29 points (10-17 from the field, 9-11 from the line), 14 rebounds (7 offensive) and 3 blocks.

He had 6 turnovers as well, but that's because Marquette swarmed him every time he touched the ball since every other Irish player forgot to show up in a 92-66 beatdown.

It's early, but if Luke keeps this up he's going to be getting serious consideration for Big East Player of the Year.

Yeah, but who was he matched up against? Lazar Hayward or Cisse? That's not such serious competition.

He has to be the best player in the big east right now. He isn't the best pro prospect but he is a late forst early second round pick. Here is a comparision how about malik rose in his prime. Malik rosehad a nice run until he got traded to the knicks. Notre dame is having a great season harangody and mcalarney make the machine run. When they are both on there tough to beat. Both of these guys will be in the nba. notre dame will go far in the tourney.

I know he is a sophmore but how old is he? You throw out the Uconn game and you come away impressed by his numbers although his lack of blocks tends to be something of a red flag defensively.
