most stuff is on twitter

check out No Ceilings (i think founder is CoreyVillains who posts here), Givony is an obvious one for some of the more mainline stuff, Box and One, Rafael Barlowe, Global Scouting, DraftDeeper, Ersin Demir, Tyler Rucker, etc.

I think either Kobe Brown should be ranked higher, or Kris Murray should be a bit lower. They had similar anthro (Brown a bit longer w/better standing reach) and athletic testing (Murray a bit better but not a ton). Murray is a bit better shooter (not by percentages but the stroke looks better), but Brown is miles better as a playmaker and has better feel. Looking at all of the power forwards mocked in the first round: Walker/Hendricks/Miller/Murray/Clowney, I could easily see a situation where only one of Walker/Hendricks/Miller really pop, and Brown ends up as the second best power forward. I don't think that is the most likely outcome, but I don't think it is implausible. My only worry is the lateral speed when switched onto perimeter players, but the steal numbers are encouraging, at least.

Kris Murray is bigger, younger and a more proven shooter/scorer. Murray is also very consistent which makes him a very safe pick for most franchises. The chances of Kris Murray busting are quite slim. You know that if you pick Kris Murray, the worst you'll get is a reliable rotation player (ranging from your 4th starter to the first/second guy off the bench).

I do like Kobe Brown a lot and I would love it if my Pacers were to use one of their non-lotto picks on him (we have #26, #29 and #32) but I do see why teams would be wary of him. He is one of the oldest players in the draft, he is a bit heavy-footed defensively which limits his switchability and since he only shot well as a senior in the NCAA, there is enough precedent to doubt his shot (just look at Davion Mitchell). Personally, I do buy Brown's shot which is why I'm all in on him but I do see why someone else would not buy it. His feel is indeed fantastic and I do think that he has the potential to be a Boris Diaw-type of player (maybe even a Draymond Green-type of player, really).

I still can't believe this. Castleton is so obviously good. Should have been drafted. Wish my Warriors had taken him on a two-way immediately. :banghead:
I was right about 3 point shooting. I expect to be right about Tacko Fall. Some coach will figure out how to use Tacko Fall. This movement towards undersized centers will sweep ng back. Back to the basket scorers will return to the NBA.
