Prediction, Victor won't measure, but whoever drafts him will release a report that he grew 2 more inches over his listed and probably slightly inflated height, and put on 25 pounds of muscle.

There are 16 guys with 2nd or UDFA grades that I think are much better than most of the players in the range of 11-30.
