3RD Q: SPURS 98 LAKERS 87

We have been improving in the 3RD Qs and now have a good reward for it, winning it 29-25. We were up 16, it dwindled to 6 and we pulled away late. Cedi had two good looks at the 3 to end the Q, but at least we secured the rebounds for him to take it. Retaining possessions is important.

I like thtt we drove more this Q, that we got to the FT line more this Q, that we defended better.

We do have to be careful about getting beaten down the court on D. As a matter of principle, we cannot let anyone behind us. We do also have to be careful to settle for one and done Js or 3s. Create good to great makes from our sets and from being in sync.

Stay poised, keep hustling for everything.
