Brent Barry Appreciation Thread

Post#1 » by DBMethos » Wed Feb 20, 2008 11:33 pm

I like the Thomas trade, but it'll hurt to see Brent go. From the big shots to the steady veteran leadership to the deadpan humor and great quotes...we'll miss you, Bones!!!

HE will definitely be missed. I didn't want to see him go to be honest. Oh well. He was fun to watch and he was a fun person off the court. Maybe he's bought out and returns back?!?! I'm gonna miss the guy. I wanted him to retire a Spur.

Sad to see Bones go. He is a great player, hit some fantastic shots for us. I wanted to see him end his career as a Spur as well.

yep, sad to see him go, one of my favorites on the Spurs, he and Ginobili had great movement when they were on the floor together.

At least he got some championships with the Spurs.

There is talk the Sonics may waive him. That being said it's not all that unlikely he may wind up back in SA soon.

Yup yup.... I think that is also the game where Manu scored 48 and had a facial over Marion and Amare.
