I posted this on the knicks board to see what they thought...what do you guys think about this idea???


I thought the knicks were trying to get under cap in preparing for 2010 and at first this off season there were a bunch of trade rumors (which mean nothing) My question is...what happened other then snatching mike d'antoni???
Is every team just avoiding taking on any contracts with the knicks or do they actually want to stand pat for this season now that they actually have a coach on the bench.

So i think what the knicks want to do is get expiring contracts and get rid of randolph's contract...so what about this trade idea...

seattle trades: wilcox, ridnour, and marshall
seattle recieves: randolph, and richardson

Knicks trade: randolph and richardson
knicks recieve: wilcox, ridnour, and marshall

This gives seattle the better end of the deal talent wise but the knicks get their expiring contracts that i think they want and a starting (decent) PF

What do you guys think??
