I haven't seen this video yet, im at work, so ill check that later when im home. Anyways I was watching a clip the other day of the TNT crew unvailing the allstar reserves then discussing it after and so on. anyways they had CB4 on the show and congratulated him on being selected and talked about his video and all that. then they asked him who he thought was surprisingly left off the team and he says hedo turkoglu, and I was just like OMG, why wouldnt you say Jose, but anyways that's not the point. the last question they asked him was "can you tell us anything about jamario moon and what he has planned for the dunk contest?"..i dont remember exactly what he said but it was something like this "I'm not really sure what he has planned, he did tell me about this one idea he had and I was just like wow, if you can pull that off, then wow". anyways that's how it ended, so im looking forward to this dunk contest. a part of me is a little scared for Jamario if you want to put it that, im afraid he might not live up to the hype, but I dunno, I think he's going to pull off some sick dunks and win this thing.

Take a closer look at the shadow in the end. Whether he can do it or not he definitely didnt do it. In the video, he brings the ball back down with him, you can see it.

2nd was better, needs something more though. like, a in between the legs 360 slam.

3rd will make people fall off their chairs but if anything. this should be the first dunk that he makes coz otherwise, he probably won't make it to the finals with his first 2 dunks.

With it being scripted it makes sense to do what they did....

first one looked good..nothing amazing...same with the second...
then OH OH the cam falls and he does the third...its a clever marketing trick that leaves the viewer wanting more...which it has done

great piece of viral marketing...

yes.....

but if you did two great dunks first and then left the last one out on a "blurr". wouldn't that create more hype and desire?

Lol, i guess nba.com payed him some money to do that, he wouldnt do it for free would he? I still think he can dunk from there, but i guess he can do something else while jumping from that point, why would he put a video of himself jumping from there if he cant do it, or even if he can?

Maybe the other thread should be locked and let the video live on this thread instead?

Who would think to look in "joey graham's done it again" for a Jamario moon video?

^^

He wouldn't - which is exactly why I dont understand why people are so caught up in dissecting his shadow, and net movements etc etc... ugh.

Common sense indicates that he would NOT post this video if this was an unrealistic dunk for him... the fact that they show where he elevates from, but don't show him in mid air hints to me that not only will he dunk from that spot (which is a 50 as is) that there will be a little flare thrown into it mid air.

For all the doubters that think Jamario isn't capable of doing some acrobatic stuff. I can't wait!

first 2 were weak but the last one looks like a james white type of dunk which would be impressive.

I think they moved the cam on purpose, it just happens to point to the free throw line....

Look at his shadow/reflection on the floor. I watched it like 25 times and i am convinced that he finished it. Also, if he could not do this dunk, they wouldn't have showed it on NBA.com since viewer's expectations become high and it would be embarassing if he could not finish it in the Dunk Contest.

1) I don't think that's a 10 foot rim.

2) I don't think they would have hinted at the possibility of him being able to do this without it actually being a possibility. Too much negative publicity would come of it if this marketing tactic were to work (and it seems like it will).

Why did that video go private now?

Joey's reaction sorta indicated that the last dunk went in
