...among those who didn't address the team were the franchise's two highest-paid players, Chris Bosh, the captain, and Hedo Turkoglu, the $52 million off-season acquisition.

That's just not right.

Please trade all the soft Euro players already (minus Rasho because he's worldwide) and then Let's NBA!

Seems to me that Wright is the guy with the problem. It makes no sense for a grown man who has been in the NBA for 5 years and who played alongside Dirk to act now as if he somehow can't talk to a guy if he's from Europe. I can not help but picture Rasho just shaking his head at the whole thing and wondering what happened to the Raptors during the year he was gone.

Said Triano: "If guys are going to say something in the media, say it to your teammates first. I think that's where a respect thing has to happen between teammates."

So much for the claim that these guys went to the media only after their personal discussions did not succeed.

Jack from Feschuk's game story in the Star.

Not everybody in the room sees it the same way. Jack, a product of Maryland, pointed out that he has a fine relationship with Marco Belinelli, the Italian guard. It helps that they share the same agent.

"I say some things in Italian now that I didn't know before. My number 1 thing for him, because he's got, like, 8 per cent or 9 per cent body fat, so I call him ciccione - it means fatboy, in Italian. (Bargnani) taught me (to say) hoodie, that's a capuccio. I'm getting there."

Jack is getting there, the steps are small, and the Raptors can hope the remaining 61 games bind them tighter. But losing is rarely a recipe for great chemistry. So Friday night's victory might have been as good for intra-squad relationships as a dozen team meetings.

"Tonight we established what Toronto Raptors basketball is, and what it should be," said Jack.

From what Ive seen Andrea is the only one that fits into the title. The other guys like Jose, Hedo, belli, and rasho seem to enjoy being around the other guys.

We dont know what goes in the locker though so I could be wrong.

This was a good article ... even by Feschuks standards.
