I’m not being reactionary haha. He just doesn’t process the game well enough. Or he lacks confidence. Or some combination of both. Every time he gets the ball it’s like someone gave him a time bomb. He just doesn’t know what to do. How long has he been playing ball? He looks really inexperienced.

It's his second season and he only played in 59 games as a rookie. He definitely needs a lot of development, but his athleticism, mobility and defence are pluses. Regardless, I'll be echoing your concerns if he's not progressing much in the second half of next season.

I have an even lower opinion of McDaniels than I do Flynn, and with the latter I knew very early on there was no hope for him. And with McDaniels, there is not even a glimmer of hope. There is nothing he does well. Zero, zip, zilch. He should not be in the league. The contract is nothing to be up in arms about, but I hope he's waived.
