Flip loves Amir.

Flip was his head coach in Detroit. I would also venture to guess that Blatche and JaVale arent exactly earning his praises and most likely gets included in the deal.

Butler/Blatche/Critt for Jose/Amir and Wright work.

JaVale is legit if the raps could get him (which i highly doubt) its a no brainer

like the flip angle though, it makes sense

want no part of blatche

Who cares if the OP has a legit source or not. Even his speculation is probably better than any wiretap article we see.

I was looking at the WAS roster the other day after Gil's plea deal and they really do make an excellent trading partner for us. They have some very nice contracts that are easy to throw into trades and some decent talent too.

If BC wants to move Jose's contract the Wiz have expiring contracts at backup PG or third PG like Mike James and Boykins that work well for us this year.

The Critt contract is interesting as he likely gets suspended in a few weeks and you don't have to pay his contract. That could appeal to MLSE who just tell him to stay home until the commish makes a ruling.

Flip has had trouble with Butler all year long so I could see him being shopped if Flips job is safe for next year. JaVale Mcgee is also in and out of the doghouse there so a McGee for Amir swap could be in there somewhere.

If the Raps do trade I could easily see the Wiz being our partner.

Reggie is coming back.

I'd do this trade and release JC......just so he won't pollute the locker room.

I think Caron can play the two.

We've all been there buddy, the first step to recovering is admitting you have a problem... You're on the right track, next you gotta grab a girl and go out for dinner and a movie... Small steps...

I agree with the Butler, Blatche for Jose and Evans trade.

Blatche also has potential and he's very young. You'll be surprised with his ball handling skills for a 6'11 C.

interesting that it seems more ppl are in favour of a calderon (+dd) for martin deal than calderon (+amir) for butler deal. also interesting that calderon rumours are getting us martin and butler, his value is still rather high i guess

What the heck is up with this crap? This guy is full of ****! a poster earlier showed his past threads, he has no track record, he's never been right and this thread is still open? LOL. what a attention whore the OP is. Find something better to do on a saturday night. Stop posting some stupid bs, atleast make it seem legit. Why is Washington going to take on calderons 4 year deal when they're looking to rebuild? use your brain. "Oh i have inside sources" The **** outtaaa hereee.

It's not hurting anyone.

People are having a pretty good civil discussion.

It's providing some entertainment for us Saturday night shut-ins. My wife just made me watch a chick flick so I'd rather be entertained by this to cleanse my man-pallet.

raptorgenius7 wrote:Hey guys, as you all know I get legit inside sources within the raptors organization, been posting here for many years but the only time i do post is when I do get inside source information that I can share with my realgm family (u can track down my previous posts' some of the inside scoop i shared actually did go through). So the latest scoop is that washington offered us butler and crittenton for amir and jose, however BC doesnt want to give up Amir or pick up crittenton in a deal. BC is really high on Amir and says he will do anything it takes to lock him up this summer. BC made a counter offer of Rasho, calderon, and a 2nd rounder for butler and boykins but washington declined, however Bryan and Ernie is still going back and forth with offers. Personnel are really high on this deal and feel raptors can easily make it to the eastern conference finals if this trade does go through. Guys, get ready for a busy forum from now til deadline, I was told that there is a 75% chance BC makes a deal between now and deadline. There are many offers that BC does have on the table that I will try and find out and share with you guys. Take care guys!!

It's a pretty good deal for the team in most iterations. With Reggie coming back soon I'm willing to live with losing Amir.

Butler is a solid player.
