Xaivian Lee numbers are not bad. He's pretty quick. His specs are not as good as a Carrington but better than I thought.
Bronny is a physical specimen for a short guy.

Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

Curry launched 10 3s a game in college with defenses playing triangle and 2s vs him and shot 88% from the line.
Reed Sheppard shot 4.4 3s a game and 83% from the line while teams were more worried about his teammates.

Oso measured 6'9.5" barefoot, which was better than I expected. I was anticipating 6'8".
I am hoping they can figure out a way to draft him. He is a great fit for Darko's system.

There's no argument there but when it comes to shooting touch there is an argument to be made.
I'm pretty sure Reed shot like 90% from the line in HS his jr and sr years

Re: 2024 NBA DRAFT THREAD 4
The question with Reed is how do you enable him. How much can he grow and enable himself.
If those two things materialize suddenly you take advantage of that touch and he will carry insane shooting gravity.

Re: 2024 NBA DRAFT THREAD 4
Reed Sheppard is too small to play the 2 and not enough reps at the PG spot. So that makes him a 6th man bench guard at best. Either you let him point & have another lead facilitator out there, or wait till he gets stronger and guard 2s, but even then his wingspan sucks.

I've always thought he's best as a PG, personally.

IMO Collier is one of the few players with star potential in this draft, and would fit in perfectly as someone charged with leading a second unit. I think a lot of folks that soured on him didn't catch his second half performances. He's a one man offence, and his passing vision is great (though perhaps a little too overly ambitious at this stage). I also believe in his shot long term.
Problem is, I just don't think he lasts till 19. If he's still on the board when Portland picks at 14, I'd be down with trading back from 31 (Portland has picks 34 and 40) to nab him.

small 2 guards just can't cut it, they get hunted eventually. Nembhard is actually a good defender, and Jalen brunson sees him as BBQ chicken, Sheppard would be dog food. At point maybe you can hide him if you have some length on the floor.

So trade for Gabe Vincent or draft Bronny. L.A. basketball architecture 101.

Re: 2024 NBA DRAFT THREAD 4
Is N'faly Dante supposed to get drafted? could be a solid UDFA
Senior 6'10" without shoes, 260lbs, 7'6" wingspan
I remember my friend was talking about him and he beasted in the tourney. We could use another end of the bench big body depending on who we draft.
Nique clifford another possible UDFA target imo

I thought Collier measured at 6-1? Or is he still 6-4?
