The Pacers aren’t a serious team. Halliburton is just atrocious defensively and they’re probably never going to get a real rim protector unless they want to muck up Siakam’s space. Their ceiling feels pretty low.
Unfortunately for us and our pick, they’re the type of team that will win a bunch of regular season games but flop in the playoffs.

If they have to work him back into the rotations it should be off the bench taking the Russ minutes. That way it shouldn't hurt them

true, he's good enough for that sort of role without disrupting their offense too much. but they should prob just make sure he's healthy instead of trying to push through and play when he's not ready

He’s likely OKC bound if he asks out. No one’s going to be able to beat Prestie’s package. Only thing holding them back is their refusal to be a tax team - they’re going to have 3 max contracts on the books in 2 years time.

As happy as I am for Pascal and OG, it is unfortunate that we are likely going to be robbed of some highly competitive and intriguing series due to injuries. A healthy Sixers and Bucks teams are good teams that could give the Celtics some resistance. I’m not sure if the Knicks and Pacers can.
