Biggest embarrassment in professional sports.

Absolute joke of a franchise.

BLOW THE TEAM UP ALREADY.

Only guys you keep are Matthews, Nylander, and Knies.

SCREW THE REST.

Nothing lucky about that bounce. That was intentionally shot there with Pastrnak speeding like a mad man through the neutral zone. I was yelling at the TV to watch out for him.

That was definitely a play. The Sedin twins used to do that quite often

So glad I don't follow hockey, I can't imagine supporting this team only for them to be kicked out in the first round, year in an year out.

Better that than 4 in a third period.

The Shanaplan has been a massive bust. It's really been depressing to see how little they have to show for it.

Honestly disturbing how much cap space they have committed to Tavares/Marner/Matthews/Nylander/Reilly. Samsonov letting in too many softies and finding a goalie is hard let alone developing one, but man this is too much.

Lamoriello is in Long Island and he ain't leaving. He ain't wasting his time with MLSE who are more content with 1st round exits knowing the fans will always show up at the games and tune in to watch regardless of the product.

For Tavares's salary, they could've kept Hyman and Kadri. Sure the latter was known for making boneheaded plays at the worse time, but man it's infuriating how this guy who was 1 of only a handful of players to receive exceptional player status(allowed to play in the OHL at the age of 15) has failed to show up in the playoffs when it mattered.

THE TORONTO MAPLE LAUGHS HAVE 0 STANLEY CUP FINALS APPEARANCES SINCE 1967 AND 0 OVERALL IN A LEAGUE WITH MORE THAN 6 TEAMS

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A "FRANCHISE" YOU THINK THE 76ERS ARE BAD? YOU THINK THE COWBOYS ARE BAD? AT LEAST THE 76ERS WERE IN THE FINALS IN 2001 AND WON A CHAMPIONSHIP IN 1983. AT LEAST THE COWBOYS WON 3 SUPERBOWLS IN THE 90S. THIS IS A DISGRACE.

They were cursed as soon as Woll was injured for game 7, but yeah, those stanchion bounces are definitely set plays. I have seen the Leafs use the same tactic before.

Unfortunately for them they're probably stuck with Marner with that no-trade clause. Haven't seen a guy consistently underperform in the playoffs as badly as that guy in any sport (and I've seen DeRozan as a Raptor).

Yeah, as soon as I saw Woll was out I knew the series was a wrap.

Samsonov played well but it’s those teeny tiny lapses of judgement and uncertainty that’s gets magnified ten fold in the playoffs. Not all his fault but he’s just not good in high pressure situations.

Keefe absolutely needed to go years ago. Tired of Toronto sports teams keeping interim managers because they’re cheap as f**k.

It's a set play. Every team has a version of it. Marner thought Reilly would pick up Pastrnak. he didn't lol
