Yes, but it's weird that only teams with picks in those ranges get that info. What if a team wanted to trade up? This seems prohibitive and discourages big draft day moves.

Could a medical report be used as an asset? Say The Raptors jump up to #1, and aren't enamored with anyone, so we trade down

#1 + Sarr's Medicals + Buzelis' Medical
for
#17 (New Orleans from LAL) + 2025 FRP + _____

Medicals are likely confidential

Unless it’s between players actually involved in a trade

Could be wrong though.

I think im set on

Topic at 6
Ware at 19
Ryan Dunn at 31

That would fill all holes in our roster and leave us with good depth at each position. Would be a homerun draft IMO

I'm not seeing the Topic hype for us, he can't play the two & who knows if he ends up better than quickly, I don't believe he will. He's not a shooter & we need one

Topic - 2-6
- his passing vision and touch is an elite skill.
- Strong FT%, finishes at the rim.
- I think he has the highest ceiling in this draft. If he shooting comes around then he could be a 20pt 10ast threat each night

McCain - 19th
- Elite shooter
- High character
- Hard worker which hopefully means more of his game opens up. Could he become CJ McCollum, Bane?

da Silva - 31st
- He just does so much
- Ultimate connective piece

I think DaSilva will drop due to being a senior and not that high of a BPM. He seems to be decent floor, 6th man / spot starter like a Jeff Green. Likely never and allstar but will be cheaply retainable player around the MLE that helps a solid bench for a championship contender.

I'd still like to gamble on super raw Chomche at #19. He might only end up as Bebe level player but maybe with more desire to play basketball? That's not a terrible outcome to get a backup C at #19.

Would absolutely stay away from Chomche. Backfilling the C position shouldn't be anywhere near the top of list of priorities right now with Yak and Kelly in the fold. But if we do want to take a big, Ware should be available there or Holmes. No need to gamble on Chomche.

Right now, guaranteeing a hit on a role player is far more important than swinging for the fences and possibly ending up with nothing. Especially at that part of the draft.

At #6 is where we should be swinging for a star. Here, I like Holland, Buzelis, Williams or Dillingham.

For the other two picks, we need guys who have the highest chance at becoming quality rotation players. At #19, guys we should be looking at include Carter, McCain, Ware and Collier. We should be prioritizing a PG at this pick but if they're all gone, you go with Ware or Holmes.

With #31, it would depend on what happened with your other picks. If you went wing at #6 and big at #19, I'd probably give KJ Simpson a look here. Other than that, you can go with another wing here with either Jones or Tyson.

So we'd be looking at this:
#6 - Holland/Williams/Buzelis
#19 - Carter/Collier/McCain/Ware
#31 - Tyson/Jones/Simpson

Would have been nice to not have traded for Agbaji as I'm sure either Tyson or Jones can do most, if not all of what he does on a cheaper deal, and then we could have grabbed Holmes in that late first range but it's whatever now.

I can’t wait to be fixed.

Almost one week away.

I tried to avoid as much as possible looking at prospects projected to go top6 to not be too disappointed should we lose the pick.

Should we keep it : Party

Hopefully we keep it even if conveying is not necessarily a bad scenario

I've noticed Tankathon seems to be skewed to having the Grizzlies jump into the top three over the Raptors. Like, they seem to get in much more often than we do.

Not really. If also bottom out next season due to more injuries, if bottom 6 again the following year it becomes two 2nd picks in 2026.

That's how you treadmill. They already traded the Clippers 1st pick for Olynyk and Agbaji. Also traded the 1st pick with dumb protections (should've been top 10) for Poeltl when he would've been a FA the following year.

Hoping he stays as a sleeper but the fact that the season still going while everyone else done doesn't seem likely

I don't understand...how does what I said cause you to treadmill? I'd argue that moving the pick for Poeltl was much more of a treadmill move than the approach to the draft that I'm suggesting.

He has a lefty finger-roll in his bag! He might not have as big a wingpspan and slightly less bounce than Maxey but Carrington is taller.

I want him at #19 and Chomche at #31.
