makes sense if you consider they beat a lesser version of this wolves team, the suns/lakers/heat last year, none of them 50-win teams.

Thibs gonna Thibs....they had 4 starters play at east 42 minutes each. Still like the Knicks in 4 or 5.

The longer this series goes, the more likely it is that the Pacers make things interesting at the very least. NYK should win in 5, but the high minutes are going to catch up to them quick, especially considering the pace against Indiana. Hart and Brunson in particular are going to get gassed; 46.5 and 44 MPG in 7 playoff games so far while doing everything is absurd. And if Brunson runs out of gas, the Knicks are pretty much toast either this round or the next.

The OG trade is really starting to bite them now. There is no one else who can create for others and initiate and now they could really use Quickley and RJ. Brunson is surrounded by play finishers and has very little help.

If they kept RJ and IQ they were going nowhere. It's not the OG trade biting them it's missing their #2 scoring option Randle, as well as shooter Bogdanovic.

Now if you want to say they got OG for Grimes and a bunch of picks, similar to what Indy gave for Pascal, then sure IQ and RJ would be helping them now.
