Absolutely immense for Minny. Especially for a guy like KAT to learn from and more importantly receive that veteran support.

Conley 36 years old playing the demanding PG position. Very underrated player. Inherited great genes from his world class long jumper dad.

Did not know Senior was a world class long jumper!

Bloody hell. Walt dropping nuggets.

Actually Gold in triple jump 92 Olympics and silver in 84. And gold, silver and bronzes in several World championship meets in LJ as well as triple.

I had the first VHS tape by NBA entertainment called Super Slams of the NBA, late 80s, where they showed clips of a celebrity dunk contest with Conley Sr, Deion Sanders and others.

Decorated career for Senior. Makes a lot of sense now. Junior certainly learned a lot from his old man.

I wonder if Conley Sr would be the best non basketball athlete father of any NBA player ever.

I'd have to give my vote to LaVar Ball! He was a football player.

Couple basketball players in there. Shane Larkin is Barry Larkin's son.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

That's a cool list, interesting. It's ranking them by how good the offspring is, and has Conley Jr third. Joaquim Noah's dad was a world ranked tennis player and Calvin Hill was a very good Super Bowl and All Pro running back, but I think I give Mike Conley Sr the gold medallist the nod as best father of an NBA player.

I always think it's so cool that ex Raptor Popeye Jones, still a coach with the Nuggets, has a son in the NHL, and how he went to Joe Sakic for hockey advice for his kid Seth. But I follow hockey so little I didn't realize he has a second son in the NHL as well, till I scrolled that list.

And he could have beat MJ 1-on-1

Just ask him

If only Udoka....anyway, there is a high probability that the storied Knicks go into the Eastern Conference Finals with OG as the second option

He is actually the number 1 option now..playing the franchise player role at MSG with Brunson out

Bound to happen at some point, but I’m sure Brunson is back next game. Pacers are surprisingly going to be a challenge though.
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars

Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

They would with Brunson no doubt. OG is sure killing it right now.

Missed the first quarter, came home to a close game then realized Brunson out. Too many injuries now but the Knicks are so tough and resilient we'll see. It's pretty clear a healthy Knicks team would advance easily here

Kincks are lucky they were gifted game 1 by the refs.

And it's notable that the Pacers almost won while Haliburton only had 6 points.

Pacers look ALOT stronger than I thought they would. I had Knicks in 5. I probably downplayed the strength of the pacers bench.

I hope the Knicks beat the breaks off the Pacers. That team does not deserve to go to the ECF.

Imagine if they were healthy, if they even had Bogdanovic. They'd take the Pacers in 5 easy
