Jesus Christ, JO, Marion, Nash, Walker, who next? If this was 04-05, hell yeah, but can we talk about getting somebody who doesn't remember Jimmy 'Effin Carter?

Not saying I wouldn't mind having any of those guys, but I hate these little patches that aren't gonna help our team and I'd rather see a rebuild.

BRING FATOINE TO TORONTO!!!
Hi, my name is Jose Calderon. I put up 9 assists a game on 50/40/90 %s while running the most stagnant and lifeless offense in the league and playing league worst defence

Don't tell anyone. It's our secret.

I don't know about some of the fans on this board... Bargnani haters just won't shut the___up. Frustrating season yes but he has made big time strides as has Joey as has Roko. But the sad news is these guys are not the Lakers. Wow. Bargnani? He's not Kobe. Well get over it or move over to those guys. Toine, who is no fitness guru, is still only 32 and oh yeah the guy has a championship ring on a team where he made a significant contribution albeit for a limited amount of time. He may not be the big building block for the future but he may be an excellent temp showcasing for a contract. You just cannot lose checking him out because if he doesn't do that well you pretty much know what happens anyway.

Sign the shimmy and we'll go undefeated for the rest of the year.
The answer to all of life's questions is Kevin Nash.

That was an all-time classic quote.

Bringing him in would be a joke. I could have sworn we have another 3-point specialist who can't play de on the team already... It'd make for some fun practice wagers, though.

SIGN HIM! It could add some humor when he is playing in the 4th quarter while we are getting blown out :)

The Raps also worked out Pops Mensa-Bonsu, who I think would be a great energy big off the bench. He could be a Maxiell type of guy for us -- great hops.

Currently averaging 24.9 points, 12.3 boards, 2.7 blocks while shooting ~62% in 7 games for the Austin Toros.

D-league profile.

Fatoine is done, why aren't people talking about Pops. :dontknow:

I came here looking for excitement because his name was mentioned in the article and to my surprise no one was mentioning him. I think he would be a great fit for any team in the league, tell him to block for the eight minutes he is in the game and he will rack em up along with six quick fouls. He could definitely bring some defensive presence.

The reason I am not against Walker is that the one thing this Raptor team does not have is a player that can get super hot or streaky. Almost every other Raptor team ever has had a guy that can really get into the zone. Walker can be ridiculously hot sometime and that is a type of role player that we could use.

He'd beat Kapono out of the rotation so fast it's not even funny. I wouldn't mind him to be honest. He could easily fit this running team. He's a chucker for sure, but he's not a dumb player

He played so well for the Heat the year they dirked the Mavs and after that he just seemed to fall apart.

Why? What purpose would this serve?

Yeah, I wouldn't mind signing this guy to see what he can do. I'm sure he wouldn't be any worse than Jawai or O'Bryant. Plus, if we decide to shut-down Bosh this guy could add some depth to our front-court.
