I think we're working him out as a bought pick option for sure. Him, T Will, and Budinger would be my top 3 choices with a second pick

Even at 9 I'd be stoked with Lawson. Quotes that say Flynn is more explosive/quicker may be accurate but I can't beleive the margin is that big - lawson was generally regarded as the quickest player in the NCAA with the ball in his hands, so even if JF is a touch faster it won't be by a lot. Throw in that lawson is stronger, a better shoote,r a better passer, and knows how to manage an NBA style team and play 1-on-1 D (Flynn went to the zone-centric syracuse). If the raps can trade back and pick him up later that would be cool too. Then buy back into the late 1st and take ellington as well, let those 2 continue together.

The mods better be prepared for draft night. I'm going to be banned if BC selects Lawson at #9.

Lawson is my pick at #9. I'm a bit surprised by the number of mocks having him out of the top 10.

and those synergysports stats made it sound like he's the best midrange shooter in the lotto

I want us to get a pickroll monster. Figure lawson will be 2nd best at it after rubio (since dx said rubio's already one of the best in the world at it. And those clips on youtube make it pretty apparent that he is)

Lawson has had some poor athletic workouts. He is a pretty average athlete so it's not surprising. But he's one of those players that could either bust or really kill you for passing him up. What will determine his value is if his athleticism is 'good enough' to do what he wants in the NBA and if he is good enough to execute his skillset in the NBA. From all reports I've seen his greatest strengths is his bball IQ and well rounded skillset.
