So I was wondering if anybody could design a DVD cover that I could slip into a DVD case so it looks nice when I send it to him. Ive been talking with his publicist and hes given me an address and FedEx number.
*All credit will go to you including your name on the cover! I will also include your email and tell Jermaine to give you any feedback regarding the graphics.
So here is basically what I want:
1. You need to work with a proper template so it fits in the DVD case. something like these:

(Or use whatever sources you have)
It needs to have a front and back on 1 sheet.
2. You need to include:
-The tittle (Jermaine O`Neal - The Rebirth)
- My name (BirdmanPresentsâ„¢)
- My REAL name at the bottom somewhere along with yours (Matt Berdan)
3. The front:
The style I want is something that reflects the mix, and shows his hardships, maybe something epic. Some movie inspiration ones are:

Just some ideas. Try to make it look like an epic movie poster, you can make it look like an actual movie with the actors (players) names and such.
4. The back:
Have a little description of the mix either what I wrote or do something more in depth:
"Following Jermaine Oneal's campaign with the Raptors and the Miami Heat in his comeback year of 2008-2009. The rebirth reflects upon his injuries and hardships with the pacers. As he progresses through the season we see many flashbacks of his glory days and injury days in Indiana."
Style should follow on from the front.
5. Be yourself and bring what you have to the table:
Be creative and do something cool, you have alot of freedom here. Like I said ill include all your information and you may even get a surprise from JO (No promises though at the least he will see your work).
