It's just a random bull topic started by some random person on RealGM. Raptor fans are hilarious.

Scott is a pretty reliable source.

Scott from accounting, or Scott from HR?

IDK about you guys but this sounds like good news to me. I mean at least we are not suffering alone because of that contract, so maybe it will be easier to get out from under it than we believe, down the road.

I'm sure being photographed in a night club didn't help. I don't know if this is all bull, but he wouldn't be the first NBA player to touch of wifely suspicion, even if the behaviour wasn't what it seemed.

to be fair, there really isn't a big Turkish community in Toronto. with the exception of the Chinese, Brazilian, Italian, Portuguese, and South Asian communities, the other major ethnic enclaves in the GTA are a bit outside of the downtown area. Not to mention, for some of the other nationalities, they're not concentrated in one area either...I'm not sure what Hedo's wife is looking for exactly. If she wants to find some nice Turkish shops or cultural events, those are indeed available within Toronto. If she was hoping for a neighborhood inhabited by 30,000 Turkish citizens reminiscent of Taksim square, she's probably not going to find that anywhere in North America...

And I'm sure Turkoglu's play and the way he's been treated by the media has no influence on how she feels about Toronto. Everything was just peachy in Orlando, throughout his tenure there he played above his contract and was heralded as underrated. Now he's considered overpaid and getting criticism from every which way. Could be causing a strain on the relationship with all the new found stress and pressure. Can you blame them for being disappointed on how everything has turned out? for the sake of everyone, I hope things turnaround.

I just noticed what you did. You're deliberately misquoting me to make it look like I specifically named Hedo, which I didn't. That's a dick move and you are obviously trying to get me in trouble. I started that other thread because I thought it would be a fun diversion from the tough times we're going through right now as Raptors fans, and here you are going out of your way to try to screw me over.

Here's the original locked thread so people can see how this guy manipulated my actual post: viewtopic.php?f=32&t=994977 Apparently some people around here like it better when media people don't post on here and share inside info, because the fact that the other thread was locked and this thread -- which is an obvious attempt to screw me over -- is left open sends a pretty clear message.

You are right Scott and I apologize for not noticing that he edited the quote from the original thread.

I did not lock the first thread but this one clearly needs to be shut down as we are discussing a quote that was never made in the first place.

We love inside info on RealGM, but when people do stuff like this I can totally understand why we end up with less and less of it. People just love to ruin a good thing I guess.
