I do not think a team trying to win would have entered the season with no PGs.

The Jazz would be an easy playoff team if they had gone after CP3 instead of John Collins.

The big issue is that the Jazz aren't trying to win, but also are heavily playing vets in a weird yard sale thing. Not sure a team has ever entered the season not trying to win and not trying to focus on their young players.
