I dont think he is second tier man. CB4 is crazy good. He took a truly mediocre Raptors team to a respectable record last year.

i think chris is a better defender than carlos. i mean, i love carlos' style of play, but they seem even to me...even with chris' weird fg percentage this year. but he makes up for it by getting to the line so much.

they both have been injured so far, and maybe thats why chris isn't himself this year, but i can't help but think that deron/bosh would look real cool....plus he has better hair, and has the crazier grunts after his dunks.
and he's a natural left hander too! lol.
