China can't shoot. They have 7 footers and some scrappy guys, but they don't have a single threat from beyond the arc. The US is just packing it in defensively. Even when dared to shoot, the Chinese don't.

Cousins gets roughed up even in international play.

Klay just seems off.

USA is vulnerable when playing the Lowry/Butler/Derozan/Green/Jordan lineup.

Lowry and Jimmy are playing great on D.
Kyrie, Klay and Draymond need to find their effective spots on offense.
I still don't like our starting lineup. Too many great scorers and no playmakers. Should break it up a bit. Ideally I would have Melo come off the bench (or maybe Klay) to provide instant offense, but since he is the captain he won't be sitting. So far we have an offensive first unit and a defense second (Jimmy, PG, Jordan, Lowry), and it seems that the second unit is scoring much more easily.

I don't like the Lowry/Butler/DeRozan/PG/Deandre lineup for some reason

I would prefer if Green was a starter over Melo

Zhou Qi doesn't look hopeless. His teammates can't get him the ball though.

As a Warriors fan, I personally hadn't seen Bogut move like this in awhile and wonder if it was by design a bit.

Gobert yet to look good in FIBA competition, especially on D. Valanciunas ate him alive last year.
Ajinca is such a better FIBA option, hes a big loss.

I don't know about that. He was pivotal with his D on Gasol in France beating Spain in 2014.

True...though he got destroyed by Pau last year (40/11 + 3 blocks)

Would you guys start Klay? Or rather have him off the bench?

Wow smh Melo is the only one getting flack. He played a great game, did everything. He's better than Draymond why would he start over him. Y'all gotta let that hate go.

Ya I dont understand why Anthony's starting..Draymond had a strong 2nd half..He makes everybody better and would fit in great with the starters.

Bogut is a tremendous player. GSW is going to miss him. Picking up Zaza will help though.
Tremedous player when he's healthy and not worn down..I love his game but we only saw him at his best around 20% of the time and only during 1st rounds of the playoffs..Every year by the 2nd round he was struggling with all kinds of hurts and pains
