Mavs shooting 57.7% from deep at the half. Hard to beat a team you allow to do that. They are shooting better from deep than we are from the FT line (7/14).

Going to need some guys to step up if we want to win. No one had much going on outside of Smart, Bane, and JJJ though Z was 2/4 from deep. TOs are still an issue, but props to our guys for rebounding.

It turns out that winning and producing are not the same things. Bane at the 2m salary and Bane at the 30m aren’t the same things either.

The good news, 1) the owners will correct their attitude toward their only superstar, and 2) Ja-Smart-Bane-Aldama-JJJ is going to be nasty.

With Smart shooting around 40% from the arc? Absolutely. They would need to trade for a couple of veterans for their second unit though.
