We're catching them on the back end of a back-to-back (Blazers at LA Clippers Monday night) and we all know their injury problems. Hopefully, the way we've been playing, we can top .500 with a win.

The Blazers won't make it easy. Ask the Warriors. As for the matchup injuries and the bac2bac will be their adversity like you said. The numbers game will run against the Blazers at some point. We have the numbers and the ability to make them struggle on both ends. If we play them like we did vs. the Suns. We should get the win.

I expect a tough game from the Blazers.

Offensively, I would like the Grizz to pound the ball inside to ZBo and Gasol. It should result in easy buckets in the paint and then should give open lanes and shots to Juice, Rudy and Conley along the perimeter. Defensively, I would like to see the Grizz double team Roy any chance they get. Force Miller and Jurassic Howard to beat them.

All in all, go Grizz!

I think the plan is for Aldridge to play Tuesday against Memphis, but we probably won't really know until Tuesday whether that will happen or not. Should be an interesting game for sure.

Portland has been pretty good on back to backs this season, and have continued that recently no less. While the injuries may play a role in this game, I'm not so sure a b2b hurts Portland too much. That said, Memphis should win, but it wouldn't surprise me if we win considering that Portland's been on a roll lately. That said, the Grizz have been great recently and we'll have our hands tied trying to win this.

Wow, lots of "new-grizz" fans posting since we are .50!!!

They are coming from a back to back. most of the team injured. Time to snatch a victory from the rose garden!

I havent seen pendergraph playing. lets see how can he do! anyway, ive read the PTB play better with him than with lamarcus.... aint sure bout that.

I watched Pendergraph at Arizona State. He's a decent PF that can rebound and is efficient on offense. ZBo should have his way with him though (No John Amaechi).

nice, Miller with the Zoot Suit - he must be doing Swing Dance to stay in shape while on the IR?
:o

Rafer Alston buyout - I wonder if he is headed anywhere else? Certainly not Utah where they want defense upgrades!

Alston may be headed to MIA wit hthe Heat trading off Chris Quinn and still debating on waiving Carlos Arroyo.

I just don't know if we can expect the Griz to win tonight. Nothing more dangerous than a wounded dog, and Roy will surely play through his hamstring "aggravation".

ZBO and Gasol should be able to get whatever they want against Howard/Pendergraph/even LMA. They just need to be ready to hit FT's.

Congrats on the Grizzlies for having the referees handing them the game. I don't know if your broadcast showed it, but when Webster shot the three-pointer that was dished off by Roy, he was clearly fouled by Rudy G. One of the many bogus calls in that game, but that missed call on Webster's 3-pointer was the worst one.

I'm not saying the Blazers didn't make some bad plays at the end of the game to hurt themselves, but if the game was called correctly, it wouldn't have been enough for the Grizzlies to win anyway.

So make sure you send a letter for congrats to the referees.

Sorry about this one guys. It's a tough loss to take.

I'm very impressed with how Randolph is playing right now. It's a night and day difference from his tenure in Portland or New York. I expect to see you guys in the playoffs this season, it's a nice roster.

I'm with agenda on this one, that was a hard ending and don't hold too much of a grudge on Shem here.

Anyways, Memphis fought hard. While I agree there were some questionable calls, I'd say Portland and Memphis both deserved to win this one tonight. Portland was without most of their roster but played with a lot of heart and Memphis is continuing to show that they're a legit team on the rise. Congrats on the win.
