Can you get on IM, SportsFan? I've got a new offer for you.

Here's what I'll say about injuries: They'll be left up to the drafters and the voters/rankers. We'll let them have their own take on it. I'll provide very broad voting guidelines, meaning I'll say something to the effect of, "rank the teams in order of how good they would be THIS SEASON". It will be up to the voters to decide how injuries factor into that.

Note, though, that players with season ending injuries should not be drafted.

If someone has a minor injury right now, then health doesn't matter much. But if they're going to be out for awhile, then it does play a role.
