Does anyone know where I could find year by year league average individual offensive ratings?
Basketball-reference has league average offensive rating but I don't think that's the same as individual offensive rating(maybe it is?).

Also, with only TS% and TOV% ( or in other words when adjusting rebounds to average) .. 55-65 era= 90 Ortg, 65-75 era=95 Ortg, 75-85 era=100 Ortg, 85-05 era=105 Ortg, 2005- = 110 Ortg. Of course, with a couple adjustments(with playoffs numbers).
