Jamison back in. EJ just doesn't trust DMac at all.

Can't say that I blame him.

Bad timing on that NBA "Where Amazing Happens" commercial for the Bucks!

I'd just like to know what we could have held them to had we tried the whole game. I know the injury risk is too big and so on, but it'd just be fun to hold opponents to like 55 :p

Why would anyone foul Michael Ruffin attempting a shot :S

Nice to see Blatche playing with some confidence. The rest of the bench looks terrible though. Songaila is getting torched by Villaneuva. (Or is it DMac getting torched?) Nick Young is jacking up bad shots. DMac is invisible.

If I'm EJ, I rip Young a new one in front of the entire locker room tonight. His body language sucked. His shot "selection" was pathetic. He's too good to be acting the fool like this. You're childhood's over, Nicky. You're a pro now. act like it.

Nice win.

Phil had a moment that I wish I had recorded in the first quarter. He called Yi Jianlian "Yee-on Jee-on" -- as if his name rhymed with "Neon Deion." I kept rewinding and cracking up.

HOF stuff.

Man, I had to be stuck in New Orleans for this game. Oh well, I'm sure it was fun for you guys.
Help us, Obi-wan Leonsis. You're our only hope.

He also messed up his name pretty good in the pregame. I was hoping for his sake that he'd just call him "E" for the rest of the night.

That's a huge reason why we're as good this year
without Gil as we were last year with him (at least
some times in some games, not true when we play elites).
Imagine how good AB /might/ be today if he had played 20 mpg
last year. Yes, he would have been mistake/foul prone
last year. But he still would have been as good as Ruff is.

And Roger Mason seemed a little hesitant to shoot last night.
There were a couple times he had opportunities that he didn't
take. Then we ended up with something worse. I hope that doesn't
become a trend.

Our starters are really good though (except for DS on too many nights).

Be careful. You cant be posting stuff like this. Fishercob who universally speaks for the board ( Captain We) has declared these kind of statements as tiresome and therefore band. Just trying to help brother. I dont want to see you get Fished

I can't say I'm shocked, but again hands you fail to see the entire picture. While I may not agree with everything that jim says, I certainly respect his opinion. He post on varied topics, has been doing so thoughtfully for some time, and he doesn't come off as a narrowminded ass.

And since you weren't around last year (and amazingly, we still had things to talk about) you don't know that I was one of the chief advocates for playing Blatche -- that I even wanted to see him alongside Haywood!

But playing Blatche next to Haywood and EJ being an 'idiot" are not mutually exclusive. Whether you choose to see that is up to you, but just spare the rest of us the broken record spiel that is rooted in nothing more than your hopeful opinion.

I've posted that I think Blatche should start and DeShawn come off the bench when AD is healthy.

Another change in the roster I would also support is Mason starting over DeShawn. Roger's shot is better and if Mason did start I think he'd be as successful or better than DeShawn most games. DeShawn could backup AD or Mason at either G position as the first guard off the bench, and he'd be a stabilizer and a defensive upgrade.

I think AD and Mason would be effective offensively, big time.
Bye bye Beal.
