I'm telling y'all, as long as he stays relatively healthy we've finally got our franchise QB. He is going to be the best QB from this draft and is going to be a more complete QB than Lamar in that he can actually kill you with his throws. Just beef up that oline before the first game please.

I think the most common misconception of this team is that they did 0 work to the O line. They drafted a tackle on day 2 of the draft. Signed 2 interior lineman and is getting one back from injury who missed his whole rookie season. Sure we could use a tackle upgrade on the other side. But man they did put in work on this line.

If anything the WR position was pretty neglected. Yes we picked up two rookies that look roster worthy, but we kept a 32 year old crowder and behind Terry. It's pretty thin.

Rookie mini camp starts tomorrow.
In addition to Tress Way giving his number 5 to Daniels,
it appears that Dyami Brown is giving number 2 to Sainristil.

Can’t recall if Brown played any ST. If he doesn’t then I feel like he is on the bubble.

Smart move by Allen, Brooks, Tremayne & Whiteside.
Disappointed that some others (OT Daniels drafted last year) didn’t choose to attend.
I think rules allow players with 1 yr in the league to join in at Rookie camp.

*edit* OK, I’ve now seen it reported that Daniels would have attended but due to some technicality he was not permitted to participate.

Are we just like allergic to being in a y you OT talent via UDFA and try outs lol 100000 rookie d backs and barley any line talent lol

The WR talent they have at the rookie mini camp is very good and anyone not named terry and Dotson should be concerned

Reports are that the ball flies out of Daniels’s hand fast.

The warm ups and drills were live streamed yesterday.

7 on 7 were not streamed and was not allowed to be filmed by media.

The wind clearly took the ball. Plus the receiver has no lateral mobility and drops the ball.

That ball has some zip and he's not really holding it he's just launching that thing .

Has anyone seen the Jayden Daniels/Drake Maye side by side of training camp throws? I'm feeling pretty good about the decision---no jinx

Couple of things I noticed from the schedule: they're not leaving the East Coast from Week 5 to Week 15. They're basically at home for a month starting 9/30 through Week 8. Kinda wild. Folks are hating the late bye week but not switching time zones for 2 months is a big deal.

Small 5’8”?
But fast, maybe used as kick returner?
Or maybe they feel a need to up grade the WR room.

On the road a lot to start the season.
3/4 games on the road
Heck 4/6 games to start are on the road.

Tampa/Cinn/Arizona/Baltimore on the road. NY & Cleveland @home.

They bright in a lot of good size with undrafted guys and camp invites. I can't see a 31 year old journey guy making the team this is likely a camp invite to give a dude a pay check and do a favor for an agent .
