Bagley has been rock solid for us when healthy. He has 12 points and 10 boards in 25 minutes. Wiz +2 when he is on the floor.

Didn't watch this one but Butler shot 5/6 for 14 points and had 7 assists (3 turnovers) in 22 minutes.

It was an awful night, but I don't want to conclude that one single night is the make-or-break factor in his career.

As I pointed out a few game threads ago, I really think PBJ has shown substantial improvement in his mobility and strength. He finally looks like an NBA player, which is very encouraging. Obviously, his shot has not fallen so far, making just 18 of 65 three's (.277) in 331 minutes this season. But he has beautiful shooting form and shot .375 from 3-point range in 226 minutes last year, so I'm not ready to conclude that he can't shoot.

I think his career will depend on the offseason this year. Corey Kispert mentioned something a couple of years ago in an interview - that his biggest adjustment was learning how to make shots when called upon despite having very few opportunities to get into a rhythm. He no longer got the touches he got at Gonzaga and it was a difficult adjustment to make. Once he figured that out, he became a very effective offensive player. Baldwin is probably struggling with the same issue. Maybe he'll never figure it out, but I think it's worth it to give him one more summer of training before rendering judgement.
