Apparently not. He suffered a thigh bruise in last night's game, and may not play.

Washington has done a great job at beating the teams we are supposed to beat. Unfortunately, we've done an equally good job losing to teams we should lose to. But that's beside the point, because this a game we should win, so I'm uncomfortably confident that we'll win.

Milwaukee actually has some talent - at least offensively. They just don't have any focus - they don't play defense, and they don't play team ball. I think what they really need is a pure PG. Mo Williams is a talent, but he blends very poorly with the rest of the team.

Butler (a Racine, Wisconsin native) will have a monster game - as the 3 is the Bucks' weakest position.

Bullets win by 10. Butler goes for 29, 8 and 4. Jamison goes for 23 and 14.

You can never be sure when you're playing the Bucks. If their shooters get hot, they can beat anybody. If they're cold, they can lose to anybody. I'm reasonably sure that if we played them 10 times, we'd win 7 or 8. But anything can happen in just 1 game.

If Redd isn't playing, we get a bounce-back victory after the Det loss.

well this is weird..........i think it was a year and a day ago that i made my first game thread, which was against the bucks. i would've made this thread had i known that...oh well.

no disrespect to your game thread though Raf

happy to see that Redd most likely isn't playing. i wouldn't be suprised if Mo Williams goes for 25-30 on us though, he has done that before to us. hopefully we'll see a lot of Ruffin. maybe he'll throw the ball up in the air at the end so that we can get it back and hit a buzzer beater...... :noway:(wait, what was ruffin even doing in the game at that time in toronto?)

i'm interested to see Yi play. i haven't watched a bucks game yet this year. want to see what this kid's got.

Haywood=Bogut- they'll cancel eachother out
Jamison>Yi- maybe someday Yi could beat him, but not now
Butler>Simmons- Butler is still a Wizard, Bobby isn't...nuff said
Stevenson?Bell- who knows what DBrick will show up
Daniels> Williams- Williams can shoot, but that's about it

i'll say it's still close though. wiz win 104-99

Daniels with a big game with something like 18 points 9 assists
19-13 on game threads

Jeez, No Redd?

We've played Sactown without Bibby and Martin
We've played Cleveland without Lebron
We've played Miami without Shaq
We've played Toronto without Bosh

The basketball gods are favoring us this year (er, except with the whole Arenas thing).

Yup, when evaluating the Wiz season so far, we should keep in mind that the schedule has been gentle.

I think BTH > Bogut (another disappointment for a 1st overall)

We just need someone in addition to TJ/AJ to step up and be
our third guy. Maybe N1 or AB will bounce back from their
woeful performance against DET. Or you never know when you
might get a DeSwishAShawn sighting. Happens every once in a
while.

I think its exactly one year ago today that Arenas hit that 35 footer to beat the bucks at the buzzer. Maybe Butler or Jamison will have that same magic tonight.

Milwaukee isn't very good but we always seem to play close games against them for some reason. Redd not playing would help some but I'm sure they have someone else who can stand at the 3-point line and hit uncontested threes. It's about time the young guys stepped up and won a game for us. Nick and Andray are due for big games.
