Laron had his shot in LA and was getting all of the SG minutes behind Kobe and some of the PG minutes and then he blew out his achilles. That was pretty much the end of his NBA career it looks like.

The RON is everywhere and everything. He is the plastic in Abe's hearing aid. A fiber on Tiny's sweater. He is Hoops' knee pads, the bologna in John Williams' sandwich. He is gum on the bottom of Ledell Eackles' shoe. He is Ernie Grunfield's haircut.

The RON is the sweetness in the Big E's turnaround jump shot, a Kevin Porter assist, a Frank Johnson steal. He is Dave Hopla's notebook.

When Gil elevates to dunk on Saturday night... it will be a result of The Ron's mystical healing powers.

We need him back on the team. Now! Call him an undersized PF, but he can do things nobdy else can at that position. He is the answer to all our problems...why didnt anyone else see this???

Profit was at Barry Farms like the usual. I'm not sure if he is still playing overseas or what, but he is still playing basketball and D-ing up the best perimeter player ont he court. Lost a 1/4 step from what I hear after the achilles tear, but if it was anyone besides Le God it would of been a full step.

Guess Laron rocks. Same way I loved me some Jahid White. Only dude that could man up with Shaq.
But such is the way of the NBA. Timing and a valid chance means a lot.

Look at Blake. Always new the kid had enough to stick around. Now he is with LA. Good for him.

To bad Laron never put it together in the NBA.
