Now I understand what the Cavalier fans must feel about Lebron.

I think I've watched more hockey this year than ever...like...my entire life time. Haven't watched a single Wizards game this year, and the hockey games, they aren't so bad to watch on TV, especially when you're watching a good team play.

Naw, Sidney Crosby is the NHL equivalent of LeCrab. AO is mostly a fan favorite in every city. He's one of those infectious types. And he doesn't really have a rep for whining.

Yeah just by personality Sidney is a lot like LeCrab, maybe even skill wise. LeCrab as good as he might be still doesn't have a consistent jump shot and is very lucky that he is able to get away with a lot of traveling.

Ovie reminds me of MJ. Doesn't back down from any challenge, solid on both ends and comes through when it matters. MJ would get hit in the mouth and he would come back stronger. Ovie is the same. Never complains, just goes out and punishes the other.

Yeah, Ovie is definitely a goofy version of MJ.

This team needs a veteran defensemen and a backup goalie. Flyers humbled the Caps.

This team needs Karl Alzner and not Jeff Schultz. Schultz is a skating zombie.

This team reminds me of the Dallas Mavs a few years back -- win lots of games in the regular season with high octane offense, sputter in the playoffs. They just don't seem mentally strong collectively. And boy are the goalies mediocre!

Looks like Pronger is headed to the Blues (most likely, with the caps among the teams being interested).

Guerin very well might be headed to the Caps.

And there's a lot of talk apparently about Niklas Backstrom heading here.

Backstrom just signed a 4 year extension with the Wild.

Guerin won't come here because Nylander is not waving his no movement clause.

Derrick Morris won't come here because we can't ship Nylander out of here and we can't take on more salary.

Basically, Nylander sucks. Thanks Nylander, can't wait to see you go in circles in the playoffs and cough up the puck in the neutral zone. Waste of a roster space. Bench his arse for the rest of the year. Healthy scratch every night please.

G0A, I don't disagree with anything you say, but I'm holding out hope that GMGM can find a taker for Nyles so we can upgrade on D. I think Theo will be OK with better defensemen in front of him.
