I default to using the word 'potential' too often there so what I am trying to describe with that term is: what I believe to be the future capacity of that player to effectively carry a high volume of the team's plays on both ends of the floor and fulfill as many different functions in the team's schemes as possible.

Holmes could be a Randle replacement but with defense and a higher BBIQ. Paired with da Silva that would make you guys formidable.
